Long drives, outbuildings, garden stores. The volume here is reliably higher than the bedroom count suggests, because the house is only part of it. We open the garage at survey and put a head through the loft hatch rather than taking a room count at face value.
The older streets
Around the church and off the main road. Narrow, parking on one side, and occasionally a shared access. Nothing impossible, but a full-size vehicle standing there blocks it for everyone, so we load early and keep moving.

Regularly. Quorn has a good number of substantial houses with long drives and outbuildings, and the volume in those is consistently higher than the room count implies — the garage, the loft and the garden store are usually all coming.
What about the heritage railway and events?
The Great Central runs through and event weekends bring visitor traffic into the village. It rarely stops a move but it can slow the approach, so we schedule around known busy weekends rather than discovering them.
